Flight Control
LUKE ABBOTT
Sales development manager with over 15 years in retail sales and category development experience across the food and publishing sectors within an FMCG environment. Expertise in developing shopper led retail strategies and executing through the management of a sales and insights team to help build collaborative and sustainable partnerships with key trading partners.
DAMON BAKER
Damon has more than 25 years of graphic design experience, with an extensive portfolio of design for print and online projects. He ran his own boutique graphic design studio for many years before joining Test Pilot.
SAM LOCKE
Sam Locke has been designing for over 15 years. A qualified industrial designer, Sam has worked with some of the world’s leading agencies, including Coutts and Bezier in the UK. His unique talents traverse the arts of industrial and graphic design, making Sam a rare species in our world. His major capabilities include 3D conceptual rendering, display engineering and construction.
CAM HORE
Cameron has always had an interest in the visual arts and throughout his years of education has evolved his skills. This interest developed into a passion for design and after completing an Advanced Diploma with High Distinction Cameron has joined the Test Pilot team.
Test Pilots
FADEY

Fadey has recently joined Test Pilot. He enjoys graphic design, likes to draw and has an interest in Illustrator. He wishes to increase these skills during his time at Test Pilot and overall has a passion for graphic design!
HAYDEN
​
Hayden has a long-standing passion for creative arts, with a background in film, photography, videography, graphic design and music, and has joined Test Pilot to expand his knowledge and skills in graphic design.
PRANAV
​
Pranav has joined Test Pilot with a background in Design in Architecture – he is looking to pursue his passion for graphic design, illustration and creative production.
ROSABEL
​
Rosabel has a background studying Industrial Design. She has recently joined Testpilot to build upon her knowledge of the processes that come with design.
DYLAN
​
Dylan has recently joined Testpilot. His creative skills include illustrations, painting, photography and overall graphic design.
ARYAN
​
While Aryan's area of expertise is industrial design, he has a clear talent for graphic design he hopes to broaden with Test Pilot.

AMELIA
​
Amelia is a digital artist / illustrator who also enjoys animation. She has just started at Test Pilot.
HAYDEN

Hayden is a young, multi-disciplined creative, who enjoys painting, sketching, sculpting and model-making amongst other things.
NOHADRA
​
Nohadra has already had some training in graphic design and joined Test Pilot to develop her skills further.
HIEN KIM THI NGO
​
Kim is a passionate artist from Sydney. Known for her unique realistic sketches, her love of the creative industry has led Kim to pursue a career in graphic design. Kim was our first Designing Futures team member.
